Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPNEG handles personal data when providing cross-border access and network acceleration subscriptions. It applies to this website’s marketing pages, the user panel, and subscription services. Data handling on third-party payment pages is governed by those providers’ own policies.
Account Details and Their Use
VPNEG does not require an email address. A username and password are enough to create an account; an email address is not required. Please do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets.
Account details are used to verify identity, maintain login sessions, and manage subscription access. Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and necessary transaction identifiers. They are used to activate service, verify payments, process refunds, and resolve transaction disputes. Support tickets submitted by users are used only to understand the issue, respond to the request, and follow up on its resolution.
Anonymous, No-Logs Policy
VPNEG does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, destinations, or DNS query history, or build browsing histories linked to accounts. The no-logs policy applies to network access records; it does not mean that account and order data are never collected.
This service does not retain connection logs that could reconstruct an individual’s browsing activity, nor combine source addresses, exit points, connection times, and destinations into user activity records. Traffic measurements needed to verify subscription usage and access do not include specific websites or communications. Troubleshooting prioritizes service status and aggregated information. Before submitting diagnostic materials, please redact subscription credentials and unrelated personal information.
Site Analytics and Browser Storage
Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and feature interactions, and identify broken links and usability issues. This website analytics data is different from activity on the network acceleration service and is not used to record specific websites visited through its routes.
Cookies and local storage may be used for login sessions, language preferences, and necessary interface settings. The user panel stores authentication credentials locally so that subsequent requests can verify the account. Do not share browser storage contents with others. Clearing this data may end your session or reset preferences, but it will not automatically delete account or order records on the server. You can manage storage permissions in your browser settings.
Payments and Necessary Data Sharing
VPNEG supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party providers. Necessary order identifiers, amounts, and payment results may be shared at relevant stages to verify orders. Payment providers may handle transaction data under their own rules; please review their privacy notices before paying.
VPNEG does not ask users to provide payment account passwords or wallet private keys in support tickets. Account details are not used to sell or exchange advertising profiles. If data must be provided to fulfill a transaction, maintain security, or comply with applicable law, only information necessary for the specific purpose will be processed.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained for the time needed to verify completed transactions, resolve outstanding matters, and meet applicable obligations. When the purpose has been fulfilled and there is no basis for further retention, the data will be deleted or de-identified. No uniform retention period is promised unless stated.
Log in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and specify the scope of your request. We may need to verify account ownership before processing it. Deletion may affect login, subscription management, and access to historical records. If some data must be retained due to an outstanding transaction dispute or legal requirements, we will explain why. Relevant data is also addressed when backups are cleared; data awaiting cleanup is no longer used in day-to-day operations.
Policy Updates and Exercising Your Rights
When this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page and the last-updated date will be changed. Material changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be communicated through an on-site notice or the user panel. Where consent is required by law, the relevant processing will take place only after that consent is obtained.
If you have questions about data processing or wish to withdraw consent for optional processing, you can submit a request through a user panel support ticket. VPNEG will explain the outcome or any reason for a restriction based on the nature of the request. Subscription, refund, and usage rules are set out separately in the Terms of Service; this policy does not replace those rules.
